On Monday evening, master of parody tributes Jimmy Fallon takes the opening sequence for ’90s sitcom Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and recreates the entire segment shot-for-shot. Re-titled “Fresh Host of Tonight” in reference to the name of Fallon’s show, he explains the reason behind the show’s relocation from New York to sunny LA for a week-long stay. The visual features members of The Roots and the Fresh Prince’s original partner-in-music DJ Jazzy Jeff as a cab driver.
