As artist try harder and harder to vie for higher viewing rates, music videos become increasingly creative in their conception, production and distribution. Today, we have a very unqiue visual to the song “Unconditional Rebel” by French artist Siska. The 3.5-minute video, which was shot by French filmmaker Guillaume Panariello, was actually captured in only five seconds. Using a Phantom 4K Camera, Paneriello snapped 1000 frames per second that, when slowed down, translate into one very elaborate music video. In order to make it all happen, Paneriello placed 80 extras along an 80-meter stretch of road and, as he pointed his camera out of the window, drove by at 50 km/h capturing all the action. What resulted was a surreal, illusory product that compliments the song perfectly. Check it out above.
