Nike Announces Another Pigalle Collaboration
Last summer, sportswear giant Nike collaborated with up-and-coming French streetwear

Last summer, sportswear giant Nike collaborated with up-and-coming French streetwear label Pigalle on a co-branded collection that included limited edition basics — including sneakers, shorts, tanks and more. Now, Style.com has confirmed that another collaboration is on the horizon, with Pigalle founder Stepháne Ashpool saying it will be “three times bigger.” Launching in June, the collection will compose of joggers, sweaters, shirts and sneakers. However this time around, the collection will not be limited edition. Ashpool was inspired by basketball and the notion of time passing, creating a collection comprised entirely of fleece, which will be his last time implementing the fabric in his creations for Nike. “From now on, it’s going to be all about innovation products with innovation and style,” he said. “There’s going to be mixed technology, not specifically wearable technology, but tech fabrics. It’s really important for me to mix things. I want to mix fabrics together with tech to make those as good as I can.” Stay tuned for more information on Pigalle x Nike’s second collaborative effort.
