As a part of its ever-expanding offerings, Mission Workshop has designed a new blazer for the season. In line with its concentration on urban utility, the REMI Waterproof Blazer addresses the niche of commuters that need functional outerwear to double, aesthetically, for office wear. Accordingly, the REMI piece makes use of 270 gsm Swiss Schoeller fabric, which is inherently weather-repellent while still maintaining breathability. The specially-designed waterproof membrane interacts with body heat, working with thick wool lining to help keep wearers warm and dry. All this comes in a tailored silhouette, outfitted with two flap pockets at the sides, a chest pocket, and an internal media port. Made (relatively) locally in Vancouver, B.C., pick up this release from Mission Workshop’s website now.
