David Bowie has released a trailer for the next single he’s planing to drop in support of Blackstar, his 25th studio album. The song is entitled “Lazarus,” and will serve as the second song to be liberated off Blackstar. “Lazarus” also holds the honor of being the only song off Bowie’s forthcoming LP to be featured on his current play of the same name. The track will premiere this Thursday on BBC 6 Music and NPR, while its digital release will come the following day on Friday. You can also tune in to The Late Show With Stephen Colbert this Thursay to see Bowie and the cast of his new play perform the song. Check out the trailer for “Lazarus” above. Blackstar will arrive at retailers on January 8.
