Go Behind the Scenes of a Spike Jonze Fashion Film Set

Opening Ceremony hosted a viewing of esteemed director Spike Jonze’s archived 35mm photographs back in October and debuted a short film explaining the process. In the video, models garbed with pieces from OC’s 2015 fall/winter collection were seen falling and floating in slow-motion with enlarged versions of the images as a backdrop. The NYC-based boutique has now released a behind-the-scenes video that explains how the effect was achieved. With the help of trampolines, scaffolds and some fearless models, the resulting short film is a whimsical portrayal of some of Spike’s finest shots.
