Weezer Returns With "Do You Wanna Get High?"
Weezer says song is inspired by “Smoking weed and listening to Burt Bacharach.”
Last week Weezer fans got a taste of “Thank God For Girls” and now the beloved alt-rock legends follow up with another one today dubbed “Do You Wanna Get High?” It was premiered on Beats 1 Radio last night when Rivers Cuomo and Scott Shriner stopped by. Cuomo says the song is inspired by “smoking weed and listening to Burt Bacharach atop a typical Weezer cocktail of ’50s style rock ‘n’ roll and ’70s heavy metal.” And it won’t be on their upcoming album, listen above.
