Twitter Introduces Polls
Create your very own poll on Twitter.

In the past, Twitter has offered a variety of ways for users to “poll” — whether it be through tweeting questions and tracking replies, tallying hashtag votes, or asking followers to “favorite” or “retweet.” Now Twitter is making it easier than ever for everyone to weigh in on the topics they care about by introducing actual, full-fledged polling to the platform. In the days ahead, all users will be able to create a simple two-choice poll right from the “compose” box — with just a few clicks, you’ll quickly be able to chime in on, say, who will win tonight’s game or who you’re voting for in an election. Perhaps best of all, individual votes aren’t shared publicly and polls remain live for 24 hours.
Look for the feature to be available to all users over the next few days via Twitter.com and the platform’s iOS, Android and desktop apps.
