Extra Butter x adidas Originals "Vanguard" Part 2 Teaser

Building upon its first release which referenced both a journey of underwater revenge and a camping scout’s daring adventure, New York sneaker boutique Extra Butter teases us with the second collaborative effort with adidas Originals under the “Vanguard” collection title. In the above video, the reference is that of “the worst student” whose extracurricular activities trump his actual studies in a prestigious and renown preparatory school. Showcasing briefly within are “The Scholar and Wunderkind:” a predominantly navy-colored Ron Laver with a miniature bee-patterned upper and Stan Smiths in a tan wool texture respectively. The release for both pairs is slated for October 20 at Extra Butter’s 125 Orchard St. location at 7pm followed by an online release the following day at 12pm.
