World renown sushi chef Jiro Ono from award-winning film Jiro Dreams of Sushi has certainly spent his fair share of time under the spotlight. This time around, his apprentice chef Daisuke Nakazawa, of his restaurant Sushi Nakazawa located in West Village, displays an almost equally high level of detail that goes into his sushi while chatting with Eater.
