Joshua Kissi and Travis Gumbs, known perhaps more popularly as Street Etiquette, have always seemed to take a holistic approach to the term – spanning from their initial work on “Black Ivy” to their most recent brand work with adidas and G-Star. Gumbs and Kissi recently partook in the TEDx conference in New York, taking to their local audience to outline how they’ve organized black history to create their refreshing modern aesthetic.
