Phaidon's 'Where Chefs Eat' Restaurant Guide Returns for 2015
For those who have never heard of Where Chefs Eat, think of it as an alternative to the Zagat
For those who have never heard of Where Chefs Eat, think of it as an alternative to the Zagat Guide, only instead of critics and experts telling you where to eat, it’s actual restaurant insiders giving you the scoop on kitchens to trust outside of their own. Publishing company Phaidon will be releasing a 2015 edition of the book, featuring more than 600 world-famous chefs advocating their favorite places for meals, whether it’s neighborhood joints, local hang-outs, or high-end spots. Over 3,000 recommended restaurants from more than 70 countries are introduced, which will include detailed information on directions, reviews, reservation policies — basically, anything useful that helps prepare the culinary curious willing to make the trip. And as always, there will be an app to coincide with the publication for a mobile-friendly option.
The latest volume of Where Chefs Eat is currently available for pre-order online at Amazon and Phaidon.
