It has been seven years since American indie band Modest Mouse released a record and, after sharing their lead single “Lampshades on Fire,” fans are anxiously awaiting the group’s forthcoming album Strangers to Ourselves. The album doesn’t drop till March 3, but here’s a brand new video released today for the song “Coyotes” to hold you over in the meantime. The visual follows a stray coyote’s frightened journey along a city train. The video, which was premiered via Interstate-8, was inspired by a real coyote that ended up on a Portland rail train in 2002. Check the video above.
