Beanie Sigel Has Lung Removed Due to Gun Wounds

Many have been relieved that although Beanie Sigel was in a critical condition from the drive-by shooting that he had recently been discharged from the hospital. However, TMZ reports that he had to undergo a surgery to have one of his lungs removed, and is now convalescing in the Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in Pomona, New Jersey. At the moment, no arrests have been made yet and police suspect Sigel was not the intended target by the shooter. We wish him a speedy recovery and can only hope for the best in this time of difficulty.
