This summer will mark the latest addition to Marvel‘s superhero film universe with the introduction of Ant-Man. Due out this July following the release of the highly anticipated Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, a petty thief who must aid his mentor Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) in safeguarding the mystery of the Ant-Man technology — an invented substance that allows its user to decrease in size but increase in strength — while plotting a heist that has major global ramifications. While Marvel’s “ant-sized” teaser for the film can be seen above, the “human-sized” trailer is set to debut this Tuesday, January 6 during Agent Carter‘s premiere on ABC at 8 p.m. EST. Ant-Man hits theaters July 17.
