Founder of German creative agency Studio Kippenberger, Chris Kippenberger, has put his €1.2 million Kreuzberg apartment up for sale. Located in the middle of Berlin’s creative district, the one-of-a-kind property features an open-plan living and working space allowing for plenty of natural light to flood into the apartment. In addition, the spacious residence has a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom, various guest facilities, and even a small library. However the most unique aspect of this apartment is that it features a car elevator that brings the owner directly to the fourth-storey residence. Make sure to check out pictures and floorplan of this unique living space.
