Up-and-coming designer Mohsin Ali presents the Fall/Winter 2014 lookbook for his eponymous label MOHSIN. Known for a bold and minimalist aesthetic, this collection remains true to the signature look of the label with an injection of military-inspired components, aside from the obvious bomber and parka jacket styles, the pleated armband detailing seen on shirts and jackets pays homage to the incentive. Comprised of a dark palette – including a mix of black, charcoal and navy hues, juxtaposed by hints of white – the range focuses on layering, notably the oversized structured T-shirt styled over button-up shirts. Highlights include pieces with subtle fur detailing, and the metallic grey fabric used for a jacket and T-shirt.
