adidas Originals has done well to impress that the SL Loop Runner does in fact draw from the SL 72 – a heritage shoe originally introduced in 1972. After initial collaborations with Wish, the brand here pays direct homage to the original shoe with the “Munich” pack. The two colorways seen here take inspiration from the original colorways that appeared on the podium in the 1972 Olympic Games, seeing the SL Loop Runner done up in both red and neon green iterations.
