Electronic music pioneer Giorgio Moroder has released “Giorgio’s Theme,” the initial single from Adult Swim‘s upcoming summer singles program. From June 9 to September 22, Adult Swim will be offering a new, completely free digital single each week, and the likes of Moroder, Future, Sleep, Tim Hecker and others have been selected to release music for the series. Moroder’s offering serves as the first track to be released, and will be available for download on June 9. Adult Swim has also released a short video profile of Moroder to coincide with the track, which features the veteran producer discussing his origins, scoring Scarface, modern dance music and more.
