adidas by Rick Owens 2015 Spring/Summer Preview

After showcasing an avant-garde collection of apparel in Paris just yesterday, fashion radical Rick Owens also previews the latest from his collaboration with adidas. For Spring/Summer 2015, adidas by Rick Owens takes clean developments on pillar silhouettes from adidas’s line; the Superstar, Springblade and others are each morphed beyond recognition as Owens applies his signature noir opulence to the sneakers. Both the Blade High and Blade Runner borrow technology from a running silhouette, executed in immaculate off-white, grey, and black options and done up with premium materials. Elsewhere, the brand’s signature shell toe design is applied to a high-rising boot, dressed in matted leather yet maintaining a sport feel at the outsole.
