London-based songstress Sasha Keable has barely cracked her twenties, but the singer has already hit a career homerun with her past Disclosure collaboration. She is planning to continue to steadily raise her profile with the release of next week’s EP Lemon Grass & Lime Leaves, and within the past 24 hours has dropped “Sweetest Talk,” which is one of the EP-featured tracks.
“Sweetest Talk” doesn’t differ too much from what a Keable/Disclosure production would sound like, and that’s probably a good thing. This is uncomplicated, mellow dance-pop, and Keable’s voice shines as it takes centerstage.
