HYPETRAK Playlist 027: Drake, Vic Mensa, Travi$ Scott & More

It might only be Monday, but HYPETRAK has something to get you through the start of your week: session 027 of our SoundCloud playlist series. Switching up the vibe from last week’s sultry and mellow playlist, this compilation kicks off with bass-heavy hip-hop vibes courtesy of Drake, Lil Wayne, Travi$ Scott and Big Sean. The mysterious rapper/songstress Leikeli47 also steps up with the drum-heavy “F*ck the Summer Up,” before rMell and Dark Nimbus slow things down a notch with their remix of Al Hostile’s “Brazillian BBS.” Vic Mensa takes things from hip-hop to upbeat and electronic with his unique release “Down On My Luck,” and is followed closely by Ta-ku’s newest release: “Knightime” before the playlist is sealed by Marian Hill, La Tartine and Lincoln Jesser.
