Earlier this month, New York-based retailer Extra Butter collaborated with Saucony on the Shadow Master ”Space Snack.” Continuing its fascination for the moon and NASA’s ongoing pursuits in aerospace research, the two joined forces again to produce the Shadow 600 ”Moon Walker.” Made with black and grey color schemes at its core, the classic sneaker is made up of a mesh upper with suede hits at its eyestay, toecap and collar, while lunar graphics overlay offer bold accents elsewhere. Reflective paneling at the laces, tongue label and heel tab evoke that of an astronaut’s mirror-like visor, alongside a translucent sole that further showcase the sneaker’s lunar-inspired pattern. The “Moon Walker” will be released on Saturday, May 31 from Extra Butter’s flagship stores and its online store.
