New Balance MRT580 "NBEEZY" Customs by Alexander-John

We’ve seen plenty of Yeezy-inspired customs but these New Balance MRT580 “NBEEZY” customs rank as some of the best yet. Commissioned by photographer Andre Wright Jr., CEO of Color of Life, these slick customs are the work of Alexander-John. For Andre Wright Jr., it was his love of New Balance, and the under-appreciated MRT580 silhouette in particular, that drove him commission the project. Wanting to showcase the silhouette in an unmissable way, it was a no-brainer to apply the eye-catching Yeezy theme. However, this isn’t just a case of slapping some new colors on the shoe and calling it a day. The customizer has ensured that the “NBEEZY” lives up to its inspiration with a premium build using high-quality dyed nubuck and mesh, and details like hand-engraved snake scales, glow-in-the-dark soles and suede laces with gold tips courtesy of Aglit Italy.
