We caught up with Dom Kennedy during our trip to SXSW this year in Austin, Texas where the silent king of the west coast rocked out a number of venues that were all packed out. Leading up to this, Dom’s had five critically acclaimed mixtapes and two studio albums that charted on iTunes Top 25. It may not sound like much, but what makes it so amazing is that he’s doing it all independent under his own terms, own rules and own imprint – OpM.
