Aston Martin has shown off its new V8 Vantage GT ahead of its official debut at this week’s New York Auto Show. Positioned as the cheapest model in Aston Martin’s lineup, the Vantage GT starts at a base price of $99,900 USD. For that, you get a coupe or convertible (for a slight premium) powered by a 430 horsepower, 4.7 liter V8 engine with either a seven-speed automatic or six-speed manual gearbox. An optional graphics pack adds the choice of different two-tone paint schemes inspired by Aston Martin’s successful racers in Le Mans. The V8 Vantage GT is set to reach Aston Martin dealerships in the second half of this year.
