K-pop girl group and music sensation 2NE1 spent 2013 showcasing their abilities in an array of genres, stretching from soft ballads to rock elements within their music, and now the ladies are kicking off 2014 with a series of genre-bending projects, fusing elements of reggae and acoustic guitar with the likes of electronic music and hip-hop. Releasing two new video projects this weekend titled “Come Back Home” and “Happy” as a follow up to their Crush album release on the February 27, the project’s lead single is “Come Back Home” and takes the viewer through genres and dimensions as it bounces between reality and virtual world, while “Happy” is distinctly colorful and upbeat.
