Nas - It Ain’t Hard to Tell (Remix)

Illmatic XX, Nas‘s commemoration project in honor of the 20th anniversary of his seminal debut Illmatic, is approaching. As previously reported, the project will be offered as a two-disc compilation including rare remixes, unreleased demos, and freestyles. Today, we receive an audio impression in the shape of a clever remix of the album’s lead single “It Ain’t Hard to Tell.” The upcoming months should bring a lot of joy among hip-hop fans as Illmatic XX arrives on April 15, with Time Is Illmatic, a documentary that examines Illmatic, opening at the Tribeca Film Festival one day later. In addition, Nas will also embark on a U.S. tour this spring, performing the album in its entirety at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and Coachella in April.
