Maiden Noir x Buddy 2014 Spring/Summer Chukka

Tetsu Iizuka’s independent Osaka-based sneaker label Buddy has crafted an exclusive chukka alongside Maiden Noir for the Seattle label’s Spring/Summer 2014 “Cosmic Explorer” collection. Available in a black all-leather makeup or in blue and red colorways that offer a combination of luxurious suede and vegetable-tanned leather, the release sees a two-eyelet upper with bold color-blocking, contrasting – and replaceable – white rubber soles and leather pull tabs at the heel. Finished with custom leather insoles and waxed cotton laces, the Japanese-made chukkas are now available online for $190 USD.
