In the latest fast-fashion partnership, UK retailer Topshop has collaborated with adidas Originals to release a 20-piece collection for the 2014 spring/summer season. Kate Phelan – Topshop’s creative director – said the forthcoming range aims to bring a bit of “femininity” to the sportwear brand’s designs, making them more fashionable for the street. Consisting of both apparel and footwear, pieces include tailored track pants, graphical sweatshirts inspired by famous London landmarks, and a reworked pair of Superstars with a leather and print combination. The Topshop x adidas Originals collection will be available March 20 at Topshop.com, select UK stores, all U.S. stores, its Hong Kong store, and 64 other international locations. Additionally, Nordstrom.com and 80 adidas shops across the globe will also carry the collaboration range. Stay tuned for a closer look.
