Nike KD VI "Aunt Pearl"

As a tribute to his late Aunt Pearl who passed away from lung cancer in 2000, Kevin Durant teams with Nike to release a special pair of KD VI’s with a pink floral pattern, blue accents and subtle pearl details. The floral motif itself is actually inspired by the pattern that adorned Aunt Pearl’s favorite robe, one that she frequently wore when spending time with young Kevin watching movies at his grandmother’s house in Maryland. To raise awareness in the battle against women’s cancers, proceeds from this model will go to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. The KD VI Aunt Pearl will be available on February 27 at Nike.com and select retailers around the world.
