Antwerp-based menswear designer Marius Petrus presents his eponymous label’s Fall/Winter 2014 “Future Unions, United Future” collection – a range inspired by a return to the essentials of both the brand and menswear as a whole. Refining and redefining staples like suiting and bomber jackets, the collection takes cues from the rich heritage of workwear and reinterprets them for an understated yet distinct aesthetic. A toned-down palette of black, white, navy, and blue defines the release while a variety of prints and motifs make appearances throughout the premium pieces – each of which sees high quality fabrics sourced from throughout Europe.
