Rihanna Previews New "Kiss It Better" Song on Instagram

For her second iteration of Instagram snippets from her forthcoming R8 (her eighth studio album), the Barbadian pop star decided to share a tidbit of her latest track “Kiss It Better.” Again, Rihanna opts for a dark, under-construction preview of her production team adding finishing touches to this airy cut that has a much brighter tone than her last IG teaser.
According to the music licensing database Songfile, the song “Kiss It Better” is registered and lists writers: Robyn Fenty (RiRi), Natalia Kills, Glass John (Chris Brown’s “Do Better”), and Jeff Bhasker (Bruno Mars’ “Locked Out of Heaven”). As for the caption, “Nuno” is Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt who’s part of her touring band. Check out this clip below and listen to the chorus which has RiRi’s “…kiss it, kiss it better baby” lyrics blasting through the studio speakers.
