Hancock x Converse 2014 Winter Jack Purcell Pack

Hancock Vulcanized Articles and Converse form something of a reprise on the back of last year’s successful collaboration, creating a new collection for the winter season. Here we find the two brands considering a high-rising version of Converse’s iconic Jack Purcell, offered here in a three-part pack. While the black and olive options offered may seem standard issue, both are hand-bonded and done with a water-repellent material at the upper for the wet season. Those looking for supreme water resistance with a sporty touch might consider the Jack Purcell x Hancock Wetland silhouette; derived from galoshes, the upper is wrapped in rubber and lays over Hancock’s penchant dual-layer vulcanized textile. Dropping on December 12, pick up the releases from this collection on Converse’s website, as well as Gentry in New York, Bodega in Massachusetts, Shoe Biz in San Francisco, Kicks Sole Provider in Los Angeles and Saint Alfred in Chicago.
