Perhaps one of the least-mentioned, yet most-hyped cinematic releases from the past few years has to be the continuation of the Star Wars film series. After much ado, the sequel – Star Wars: The Force Awakens – has finally been teased with a 90-second trailer. Reportedly set some 30 years after the defeat of the Empire in the first trilogy, the J.J. Abrams-directed film will feature a cast of new characters in an epic battle of dark versus light. Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher are all set to reappear for the cinematic landmark. With Bad Robot, Lucasfilms, and Disney backing the project, the visuals are sure to build on the precedent set some 30 years ago.
