Tunji Ige is a 19-year-old sophomore at West Chester University in Philadelphia. He is also a promising young rapper that has gained impressive momentum in music circles since his first release “Day2Day.” Today, the Philly artist hits us with the song “Slow Dance,” along with a complex and imaginative video to go along with it. The Glassface-directed visual is a dramatic five-part play that follows the internal destruction of a gang after a member of the group finds an elixir that offers invincibility. The track goes fittingly with the video, eliciting a cryptic and dark melody that breaks into slow instrumentals that highlight each climatic segment of the short saga. Check out the video here and stay tuned for more from this up-and-coming rapper.
