Mikky Ekko, the singer-songwriter famously known as Rihanna’s duet partner on their Grammy-winning piece “Stay” (co-written by Mikky), is gearing up for the 2015 release of his debut album entitled Time. In today’s latest “Mourning Doves” extract from his forthcoming solo effort, he and co-producer Elof Loev come together to compose another somber, yet beautiful piano ballad that Mikky describes as “haunting.” Check out the song with it’s dark visual accompaniment above. Time will be available in stores on January 20 via RCA Records.
