Jurassic World Official Trailer

After teasing the film earlier this week, Universal Pictures has released the first official trailer for the latest installment in the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World. Set 22 years after the events of the first film, Jurassic World sees Isla Nublar with a fully-funtioning dinosaur theme park — as originally planned by John Hammond. However, after a number of years, the theme park’s attendance rates have fallen significantly, prompting park owner the Masrani Corporation to create a new attraction to spark interest — a plan that gravely backfires when the hybrid lab-created dinosaur breaks free. Starring Chris Pratt as Owen — a behavioral researcher and an expert on the Velociraptor — and executive produced by Steven Spielberg, Jurassic World is set to hit theaters June 12, 2015.
