Alex Wiley - Booty Club (Goin' Dumb Again)

Check out this latest joint from Chi-town’s promising young emcee Alex Wiley. “Booty Club” comes as the opener to his mini SoundCloud set, New Yaboyery, that includes other previously released tracks “Sexual Dolphins” and “Future Guns.” The distinct g-funk synths give it that slight West coast vibe on this song that was inspired by Wiley’s bodyguard while on tour. Check out this little excerpt from a recent interview with Noisey discussing how this track came about:

“One random night he comes in at like 5 AM, waking everybody up, and we’re like ‘where were you?’ and he’s like ‘the booty club, going dumb again’ and it was like the funniest shit I had heard in that moment, the booty club going dumb.”
