Wood Wood 2014 Fall/Winter "Heroes" Collection

For Fall/Winter 2014, Danish label Wood Wood was inspired by the classic war movie, The Guns of Navarone, as well as similar films from the ’50s and ’60s. The resulting “Heroes” collection, fittingly, channeled the D.I.Y. aesthetics of resistance “uniforms,”  as well as their inherent functionality and Wood Wood’s own “street fashion vibe.” Ranging from athletic-style pants and bomber jackets to knitwear and performance-inspired sweatshirts, highlights from the range include the track suit-style Anthony Jacket, sleek Giles Bomber Jacket, olive-colored Brandi Pants and patterned Gregory Sweater, while cable knit beanies, wool caps and rugged bags round out this season’s rugged, yet stylish lineup.
