Continuing with its affinity for quirky and playful inspirations, Sidian Ersatz & Vanes has released this 2014 fall/winter lookbook titled “Empirical Vision.” The collection plays on how our visual perceptions of the world do not always represent what can be empirically measured and thus abstraction is ultimately real. We find a distinctively bolder color palette than found in previous seasons as well as the brand’s signature clean lines in geometric patterns and prints. Highlights from the line include the work jacket that features parallel dividing lines between staggered rows of alternating black and blue intersections, and the loose-fitting tunic tee.
