Seemingly inspired by science-fiction movie Tron, JP architects has designed a stark, geometric space in Tokyo for the Le MISTRAL Gift Shop. In this space, European sundries are displayed within strict grids that span the walls, floor and central display table of the interior. Taking Le MISTRAL’s signature color of navy blue as the base, white lines were applied on top to delineate the different spaces for each product. Additionally, the lines on the table are drawn in such a way as to perfectly fit the display trays on top of which products are placed. The overall atmosphere is one of refinement where every item has its own rightful place, in a space that is surely one of the most unique in a city that has no shortage of stunning interiors.
