The restaurant asserts its own take on America’s favorite (arguably) handheld food, creating a gourmet burger that comically outdoes its competition – which includes the $295 patty at New York’s Serendipity. The video above finds head chef Chris Large combining luxe ingredients such as Kobe beef, edible gold leaf, grated white truffle, Iranian saffron, and other wildly extravagant components to make this 2,618 calorie, £1,100 GBP (approximately $1,771 USD) monstrosity.
