AmazonFresh is currently available to the company’s “Prime” members for free however, starting at the turn of the year, customers will have to pay a $299 USD per year subscription if they want to continue with the program. In New York, AmazonFresh will be competing with FreshDirect, while its largest competitor may be Google with its newly launched Google Express service.
