Stepping away from hip-hop and opting to jump on a mellow Latin music vibe by Romeo Santos, Drake has stepped up as a featured artist on “Odio,” flexing his Spanish skills while simultaneously offering a rap verse to compliment the tune’s smooth and ballad-heavy Bachata composition. Kicking off with light and melodic vocals from Santos, the song makes way for Drizzy to show off his Spanish at the 1:15 mark before throwing in a rap verse at 2:45. “Odio” will appear on Santos’s upcoming album Formula, Vol. 2 which arrives on February 25. Besides Drizzy, the Bronx native has tapped notable guests such as Nicki Minaj, Marc Anthony, Carlos Santana, Tego Calderón, and Kevin Hart.
