Japanese design studio Specialnormal has just completed the interior of Nike Basketball‘s flagship store in Japan. A space to showcase the latest and greatest from Nike Basketball, the new space features an “initiative zone” at the entrance complete with a large display screen, presentation table, and a free throw area with special stage for displaying the latest products. In keeping with the basketball theme, the floors are designed to mimic the hardcourt with wood boards laid out in a herringbone pattern and white concrete blocks representing a typical gym’s walls. In addition to showcasing Nike Basketball’s range, the store also carries a selection of Jordan Brand products. Check out the store above.
