Classical Italian interior design meets postmodern aesthetics at iuter‘s flagship store, located in the heart of Milan. The contemporary brand, established in 2002, was born in that golden age of streetwear design influenced by graffiti, hip-hop music and skateboarding. As iuter has grown, so too has the presentation – taking in influences from high fashion and applying them to a wearable range of goods. This is no more evident than in the store, which contrasts light wood and concrete with traditional Roman arches with a minimal color palette. Notable here are the wooden polyhedric sculptures that nicely interrupt the open areas. See more of the store at Shape+Space.
