Today we see part three of Eddie Huang‘s visits to London for Fresh Off The Boat. In this episode the chef and author ventures to North London to dine on some Turkish cuisine while meeting the youth-led media group Fully Focused. Forming in the wake of the London Riots of 2011, Fully Focused looks to use the power of film to challenge the perception of British youth portrayed in the media and offer constructive workshops to steer youth away from crime. Eddie also ventures into the Heygate Estate and learns about how the derelict towers are a breeding ground for creativity. Rounding off his trip with some homemade jerk chicken, the short clip offers segments of London culture often bypassed in the media.
