Born from the mind of the prolific Frank Delgadillo, contemporary brand Chapter is set to unveil its newest line for Fall/Winter 2014. While his work with COMUNE and Ambiguous was ahead of its time in the skateboarding world, the designer makes little mention of the action sports realm with Chapter – diving headfirst into radical, yet completely functional line of contemporary goods. The Fall/Winter 2014 range, dubbed “Moral Form,” cleverly makes reference to the blockish, cold and structured lines seen in Brutalist architecture styles of the 1950s. Delgadillo revisits these ideas in the extended shirt and pant silhouettes, keeping embellishments at an absolute minimum and the color palette simple and elegant.
