The resulting episode includes stops at the award-winning Ozo Coffee, a once humble operation that has grown exponentially since its establishment in 2009; Boxcar Coffee Roasters and their innovative (and scorching hot) drip brew; and Dragonfly Coffee Roasters – an operation led by a man with a background in chemical engineering and computer science, Tamas Christman.
